                            Bar and deck is open until 10:00 pm; live jazz band at the restaurant following our activities

                            Baked Chicken Florentine with Mornay Sauce

                                (stuffed with spinach & boursin cheese, served with redskin potatoes and chef's vegetables)

                            12 oz. Prime Rib with Au Jus & Horseradish Sauce

                                (served with horseradish-chive whipped potatoes and chef's vegetables)

                            Jonah Crab Stuffed Orange Roughy with Mornay Sauce

                                (served with rice pilaf and chef's vegetables)
