PEC Legislative Session Update

This is the current list of bills that have been introduced to the Legislature this session along with the committee hearings and comments to date. The following definitions refer to terms in the "Status" columns:

IPP'd means that the bill was Indefinitely PostPoned (killed) and is effectively canceled for the rest of the session. It is possible to revive an IPP'd bill, but a motion would have to be filed, something that has not been accomplished in recent times.
AM stands for amendment.
General File is the first round of debate.
Select File is the second round of debate.
Final Reading is the final round before being presented to the Governor.
