To obtain the Fellow Grade Member status with ASCE, a member must advance from
the Member Grade, be a licensed P.E. or L.S., provide three references (two of
which must be from Society Fellows), be nominated by their
Section/Branch/Institute/Board Committee, and have had responsible charge for
